apt - Apache2 installation failed on Ubuntu 12.04

Hi i am trying to install Apache2 server on my Ubuntu 12.04, but when i enter this command

sudo apt-get install apache2

i am getting this error -

How do i fix this problem??

Run this command:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install --reinstall apache2 apache2-bin
