I've tried several Ubuntu versions to install in my laptop(hp pavilion 15-cb032). None of the installations worked except one (it was 18.10), I don't know why but it didn't recognize the wifi adapter so I uninstalled. When installing it always happens the same I follow all the installation process but when restarting after installing the screen freezes. I have to restart it pressing the button. Then when booting if I try to enter in ubuntu I can but it freezes if I try to log in. I don't know where the problem is can anyone help, please?
